Regional Directors (RD’s) are responsible for driving all tutoring and business activities in a specific geographic market, identifying local, web and print marketing opportunities and investing in those that will promote rapid and consistent growth, as well as those required by REACH. The RD will recruit, hire and manage qualified teachers, meet with clients, match students with teachers, and monitor the progress of students. This is a business that can be run from your home.

REACH is seeking self-driven candidates who have a strong desire to help children succeed while building a profitable business for themselves. The best candidates will have some business experience in people management, marketing and sales. An understanding of the education process is a major plus. Directors of learning centers, Employees of Test Prep companies, Teaching  professionals with business experience, former business owners and qualified candidates seeking equity in a business of their own are ideal candidates.

Qualified candidates must possess leadership abilities, marketing experience, strong organization, communication and problem solving skills. Proficiency with computers, web marketing and social/community/school networking is required. Consistent financial investment in local marketing and advertising is required to grow your business.

REACH provides all tools needed and on-going support to run your own successful agency. Your compensation is based on a share of the monthly revenue for your territory. There are no base salary, “buy-in” or franchise fees.
